Arriba Bogotá: members of the First Line of Usme are captured

In Bogotá at night: Five members of the self-proclaimed First Line of the town of Usme were captured. By court order and with a joint operation between the Prosecutor’s Office and Sijin raids were carried out in the homes of the young people. Three people were arrested in Usme, one in Suba and the fifth in Mocoa, Putumayo. Human rights defenders and social organizations denounced that the procedures were carried out arbitrarily.
