“We want to inform public opinion and citizens in general that there are more than 30,000 identity documents that were processed in the Cali Registrythat have not been claimed by their circulars,” said the special registrar of Cali, Juan Carlos Dorado.

Having these documents is essential, considering that the elections for the Congress of the Republic are approaching.

There, the user must download and will find a box, in which it reads: ‘Is my identity document ready?The person types his identity card number and presses the word ‘consultar’.<br
To book an appointment online follow these steps:
Go to www.registraduria.gov.co and click on the ‘Appointment Assignment’ banner.
Select the registration option and fill in all the required data.

Once you complete this information, a message will be sent to your email through which you can activate your account.
Go to ‘Reserve’ and log in with your username and password.
Book your appointment to carry out your identification process at any of the Registrar’s Offices, during business hours, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to. m. to 4:00 p.m. m.
You will receive in your email the confirmation of the appointment, which you must show when approaching the Registrar’s Office.
