The Renewal Grasps gauntlets can be unlocked as a reward for completing the entire Legendary Witch Queen campaign, though RND gives you a 50% chance of doing so. The other 50% chance of getting the Blight Ranger exotic hunter helmet, all Bungie stated in a blog post earlier this month.
The other way to get Renewal Grasps gauntlets involves completing a Lost Master or Legendary sector when exotic chests are a possible reward. Since the rewards for completing Legendary Sectors/Lost Masters change with each weekly reset, you may need to wait a bit until you can get your hands on the Renewal Graps if you don’t get them from running the Legendary Witch Queen campaign.

The Renewal Grasps introduces the Depths of Duskfield buff, which gives Guardians a much larger radius for their Duskfield grenades and reduces any incoming damage to allies within its radius. Targets within that space will also do damage reduction, giving you and your teammates a huge advantage.
