We’re well into the new generation, and the games are getting prettier. It seems that many developers now know how many fans want a photo mode to capture the majesty of a game. With Dying Light 2, Aiden gets some pretty spectacular views as he climbs and explores. So the important question we are here to answer: Is there a photo mode in Dying Light 2?
Is there a photo mode in Dying Light 2?
At the moment, Dying Light 2 does not have a built-in photo mode so you can capture all the amazing moments you experience throughout the game. You’re going to have to rely on your console’s (or PC’s) screenshot capabilities to keep the images going throughout your journey to Dying Light 2.
However, to make things easier, there are in-game options to limit the HUD which could otherwise clutter up the perfect screenshot.
While it doesn’t solve everything or give you the more sophisticated tools that other games may allow in their photo modes, it does help.
Also, to further allay any concerns, there are plans to release a Photo Mode for the game, but there is no current estimate of when it might release for the game.
A tweet from lead designer Tymon Smektala describes a photo mode as “in the pipeline”.
Chillax, please ?? Sorry for missing this earlier. @lucaslu_ckli – no, we are not going to buy with him. It’s in the pipeline, but we didn’t want to rush it to release, it would be another set of variables for us to take QC and deal with, possibly risking other elements.
