Elden Ring has arrived, bringing another epic Soulsborne adventure to players on PC, PlayStation and Xbox consoles. Foregoing the typical linear format that fans have come to expect from FromSoftware titles, Elden Ring stretches its legs, featuring a sprawling open world packed with secrets, surprises, and of course, a plethora of punishing bosses that require detailed analysis to learn. your attacks and movement patterns to conquer. Here’s everything you need to know to redeem the Elden Ring Pre-order DLC bonus emote and access the Digital Adventure Guidetoo.
Redeem and access the preorder DLC bonus gesture in the Elden Ring
Depending on whether you purchased the Elden Ring digitally or physically, you may need to redeem a code through the PlayStation or Xbox Store to unlock ‘The Ring’ emote.
If you have a code to redeem, follow the steps below:
- Find your pre-order DLC code at checkout, via email, or on your receipt, depending on how you purchased the game. >If you pre-ordered a digital copy of the game, you don’t need to worry about finding a code. The DLC will be downloaded automatically along with the full installation of the game.
- Go to the Microsoft Store on Xbox or PlayStation Store on PS4/PS5 and select the ‘Use a code’ or ‘Redeem code’ option.Enter the code as shown on the voucher in the box/email/cash receipt.
- Confirm that you want to redeem the pre-order bonus DLC for Elden Ring.
- Load the game and you will find the ‘Ring’ emote already in your ‘Emotes’ menu.
Where to find the Elden Ring adventure guide
The Adventure Guide is a digital download that can be accessed through the PlayStation or Xbox home screen. It will appear as a ‘game tile’ within the ‘My games & apps’ section, or on the home screen, as shown in this screenshot from Reddit user u/chhaylab2.
