Whether or not that role will be repeated in Kraven the Hunter is a mystery. We have a similar case with Michael Keaton, who played The Vulture (Vulture) in Spider-Man: Homecoming and will reprise the role in Morbius.

Kraven the Hunter will serve as the origin story for Spider-Man’s villain, most likely becoming an anti-hero in this iteration, perhaps provisionally, much like Venom and Morbius.

Sergei Kravinoff came to Marvel comics determined to prove that he was the best hunter in the world. To do this, he set out to hunt down the most dangerous prey of all: the wall-crawler himself.
